At TripMate Adventures, we keep things transparent so every participant knows exactly what to expect.

Participant Cancellations

All payments made toward the Araku Meetup Trip are non-refundable, including:

No refunds will be issued for personal reasons, last-minute changes, illness, travel delays, or any situation where the participant chooses not to attend.

No Transfers / Replacements

For safety, verification, and gender balance: Participants cannot transfer their ticket to another person

Event Cancellation by Organizers

If TripMate Adventures cancels the event due to weather, safety issues, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances:

You will receive either:

Full refund
Free transfer to the next scheduled trip

(Participant may choose one option)

This is the only situation where refunds are issued.

No-Show Policy

If the participant fails to show up on the day of departure for any reason:
No refund will be provided.
