TripMate Adventures is a travel and social experience organizer. By registering for this event, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms, conditions, safety guidelines, and policies outlined on this website.
TripMate Adventures reserves the right to modify event activities, schedules, or logistics due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements. Participation is voluntary, and attendees are responsible for their own behavior, personal belongings, and health during the trip.
TripMate Adventures, its partners, staff, and sponsors are not liable for any personal injury, loss, delays, damage, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur before, during, or after the event.
All event fees, policies, and communications provided on this website or through official channels will govern the participant’s involvement. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Event Rules & Conduct
1. Respectful Behavior
Participants must treat all other attendees, organizers, staff, and sponsors with respect at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, verbal abuse, or unwanted romantic/physical advances will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.
2. Alcohol & Substances
Participants must follow all local laws regarding alcohol and substances.
Excessive intoxication, possession of illegal substances, or unsafe behavior under influence is strictly prohibited.
3. Safety Compliance
Participants must follow:

Instructions from organizers

Trek and activity safety guidelines

Resort rules and local regulations
Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity.
4. Sponsor Merchandise Requirement
Participants agree to wear the official sponsor merchandise (T-shirt or badge) during group activities, photos, and transportation as part of the sponsorship agreement.
5. Property & Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
TripMate Adventures is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
6. No Replacements or Transfers
Tickets are non-transferable.
Participants may not send someone else in their place.
7. Appropriate Conduct in Shared Spaces
Participants must behave responsibly in:

Bus rides
-
Shared public areas
-
Resort spaces
Loud, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in disciplinary action.
8. Photography & Group Activity Participation
Participation in group photos, team games, and bonding activities is encouraged but not mandatory. However, participants may not disrupt activities if they choose not to join.
Use of Photos & Media
1. Event Photography & Videography
TripMate Adventures and its sponsor, Hickeys, may capture photos and videos during the Event, including during travel, group activities, games, and social interactions.
2. Participant Consent
By attending the Event, Participants grant the Organizer the right to:

Photograph and film them during the Event

Use these photos/videos for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes

Edit, distribute, or publish the content without requiring further approval
This consent is irrevocable, royalty-free, and applies globally.
3. No Compensation
Participants acknowledge that:

They will not receive financial compensation for appearing in photos/videos

All media created during the Event remains the intellectual property of TripMate Adventures and/or the Sponsor
4. Personal Content Sharing
Participants may take photos and videos for personal use, provided they:

Do not interfere with activities

Do not violate another participant’s privacy

Do not post defamatory, misleading, or harmful content
5. Opt-Out Requests
Participants who prefer not to appear in close-up photos can inform the Organizer at the time of check-in.
Organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, but complete exclusion from group photos cannot be guaranteed.
